Caroline is a strategic communications professional with a record of delivering measurable results across corporate affairs, media relations, and issues management. She combines award-winning campaign experience with a sharp understanding of how organizations communicate in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.

Most recently, Caroline served as a Senior Account Executive at Hill+Knowlton Strategies (now Burson), where she led corporate affairs and crisis assignments for a major international airline. Her work included tier-one media engagement, crisis preparedness and training, and messaging for key corporate milestones. She also supported North America’s largest freight railroad, helping drive broadcast and print coverage during the global supply chain disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Her work has been recognized with top industry honors, including MarCom Platinum and Gold, Bulldog PR, PRovoke SABRE, and Dallas PRSA Pegasus awards for excellence in crisis communications, advocacy, nonprofit initiatives, and thought leadership.

Before joining Hill+Knowlton, Caroline gained experience at the George W. Bush Presidential Center, with the Twenty-First Century Group, and in the Dallas district office of Congressman Pete Sessions. She holds dual B.A. degrees in Public Relations and Political Communication from Southern Methodist University and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
