
Chloe is an emerging communications and public affairs professional with experience across politics, international relations, and strategic consulting. She brings curiosity, discipline, and a global perspective to client work, helping teams translate complex issues into clear strategies and results.
Chloe supports client engagement and execution across communications and policy initiatives. Previously, she served in the political department at SKDK, where she contributed to high-profile campaign strategy and media operations.
Earlier in her career, Chloe worked at the Embassy of Israel in Washington, D.C., under the Minister of Political Affairs. There, she supported diplomatic outreach, event coordination, and policy research, deepening her understanding of the intersection between international affairs and domestic policy.
Chloe earned her B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated in 2024. She is completing her M.A. in Political Management at The George Washington University, where she graduates in December 2025.
